Library repair project advances with vendor invoice approvals

Westborough Library Building Committee unanimously approves $647,693 in project invoices and authorizes a change order. The committee approved invoices from Vertex, LPA, and Seaver for February work on the ongoing library repair project and authorized Change Order 5 totaling $7,041.46 for construction adjustments under Chair Maureen Amyot's leadership. Committee member Bill Linane requested that Vertex review budget documents through month end, and the contractor provided an updated budget summary.
Walter Leslie raised a question about an external outlets issue mentioned in the LPAA field report, which Mike Williams of Vertex said would be addressed separately in a later phase of work.
