Westborough Library Board postpones director evaluation to November. The 8-1 vote, with Chair Mary Johnston dissenting, defers the annual evaluation of Director Kate Coraccio citing the extraordinary burden of the library's ongoing repair project and pending relocation. Trustees reported that staff members expressed distress about completing evaluation forms during the moving and reopening process.
The board also unanimously created a Director Evaluation Committee to review and potentially revise the evaluation format in consultation with Library Board Consultant Maura Deedy.
