Sustainable Westborough approves communications oversight protocol

WESTBOROUGH — Sustainable Westborough approves new communication procedures for newsletters, website, and social media oversight. Chair Jeff Levine and the committee voted 5-0-0 to establish oversight protocols, with approval authority granted to the Chair and Vice Chair before content posts. Sustainability Coordinator Leila Ahmed reported completion of summer volunteer projects including environmental database updates and initiation of a greenhouse gas inventory refresh led by Pete Dunbeck.
The committee also discussed district geothermal heating exploration and scheduled a tour of Eversource's pilot program in Framingham.
