MetroWest RECC Board Approves Budget, Authorizes TGAS Addendum

WESTBOROUGH — MetroWest RECC Board approves invoice package and authorizes TGAS addendum. The District Board voted unanimously to approve the vendor invoice package for the period ending January 31, 2026, with Board members Evan Brassard and Chair Kristi Williams casting the votes; Mark Purple was absent. In a second unanimous vote, the Board authorized Executive Director Brian Smith to finalize TGAS Contract Addendum 6, which shifts technology services from Secure Our City to ADCOMM for radios and IT systems while Secure Our City will handle cameras, locks, and electrical work.
Smith stated he needed authorization to move funds from construction to architecture to cover the addendum costs. The Board also received the Operations Committee's recommendation to adopt the cloud-based Mark43 system as CAD/RMS vendor, with a formal vote deferred until a contract is prepared.
