Westborough Affordable Housing Trust discusses housing development progress on HB Cottages and Rogers Road projects. The Trust voted unanimously to approve minutes from March 13 and April 13 meetings, with four members voting in favor and zero opposed. Chair Allen Edinberg reported that the Rogers Road affordable housing project will receive 1.2 million dollars from a 9 million dollar Zoning Board stabilization fund, with allocations split evenly between affordable housing and senior center development.
The Trust also discussed request for qualifications responses for HB Cottages community workshop facilitation and received updates on multiple housing initiatives in planning phases.
