Trust approves Local Initiative Program deed rider for Bradish Lane property sale.

Westborough Affordable Housing Trust unanimously approves deed rider for discounted resale. The Trust confirmed that a condominium unit at 1012 Bradish Lane was properly resold to an eligible household for 250,535 dollars, including a 2 percent resale fee, in compliance with Local Initiative Program affordability restrictions that run in perpetuity. Member Behn moved approval of the Compliance Certificate, with Member Rauch seconding; the motion carried 5-0.

The Trust also unanimously authorized the HB Cottages working group to update and reissue a Request for Qualifications for a community workshop consultant, incorporating updated insurance language and revised procurement procedures.
