Westborough Housing Authority elects full slate of officers and approves interim executive director contract through September. The board chose Maureen Johnson as Chair, David Harrison as Vice Chair, Joan Pavolis as Treasurer, Beth Johnson as Assistant Treasurer, and Julia O'Neil Welch as Secretary, all by unanimous vote of the four members present. The authority approved a TD Bank signature authorization and a FISH 328061 Approval Test Agreement.
Executive Director David Harrison and Chair Maureen Johnson will oversee hiring for a permanent director.
