Westborough Affordable Housing Trust voted $20,250 to hire a housing workshop facilitator. Chair Edinberg and the members voted unanimously June 12 to select JM Goldson of Roslindale for the HB Cottages workshop. The Trust also unanimously approved a 50/50 split of future stabilization fund distributions with the Town, directing approximately $4.5 million each to affordable housing and senior center projects from the Del Webb Chauncy Lake mitigation fund.
The members additionally approved the 2026 rents for Ellington Metrowest property, where the Trust serves as monitoring agent, and voted to support the town's Housing Works infrastructure grant application for sewer system improvements.
