Westborough Treatment Plant Board greenlights major infrastructure project contracts. The board unanimously approved a new Master Services Agreement with AECOM, a contract with Barletta for the Headworks Improvement Project, and Task Order #10, with Chairman Mike Stanton authorized to execute all three. The board also voted unanimously to approve Change Order #7 extending the Waterline contract 60 days and reducing costs by $100,000 for unnecessary concrete work on the Rotor Replacement Project.
Chris Bone of Tighe & Bond was introduced as the project's Owner's Project Manager, heading a team including Project Manager Sam Tower and Technical Engineer Damien Foster.
