Westborough Treatment Plant Board authorized payment of monthly invoices and payroll during its September meeting. Michael Stanton, Chair, presided over the approval of invoices for Veolia operations and utilities. Administrator Darlene Domingos reported the FY27 operation fee is set at $4,343,575 against a budgeted amount of $5,078,500.
Plant Manager Keith Labbe reported a successful Department of Environmental Protection inspection and noted ongoing Rotor Replacement and Headworks Projects.
