WESTBOROUGH — The Westborough Treatment Plant Board approved two major contracts and authorized $864,150 in March payments. Chairman Mike Stanton's board voted unanimously to conditionally accept Barletta Heavy Division, Inc. as the general contractor for Task Order #9 and selected Tighe & Bond as the Owner's Project Manager for the FY26 Headworks Project on AECOM's recommendation. Plant Manager Keith Labbe reported average flows of 10 million gallons per day and confirmed submission of the Annual Bio-Solids report to the EPA, with the phosphorus permit limit changing to 0.1 on April 1st.
