WESTBOROUGH — Select Board reorganizes, appointing Sean Keogh as Chair and Mark Silverberg as Vice Chair. The board unanimously approved easement agreements for the Otis Street multi-use path from 11 properties and authorized a Local Initiative Program application for 134 Fisher Street, waiving water and sewer connection fees for four affordable units in the first phase of a project totaling up to 40 units across two phases. The board voted 4-0-1 to approve a Health Insurance Memorandum of Agreement shifting dental coverage to Delta Dental, with Patrick Welch recusing himself due to union affiliation.
Chair Keogh reported successful negotiation of a three-year Patrol Union contract providing wage increases, market adjustments, and stipends.
