Select Board · Meeting of June 5, 2026

Chair Sean Keogh, Vice Chair Mark Silverberg, Ian Johnson, and Patrick Welch approved the closure under Massachusetts law to discuss collective bargaining strategy with the Firefighter Union, real property matters at 20 Phillips Street, and litigation strategy in CarMax Auto Superstores, Inc. v. Keogh declared that an open session would harm the town's negotiating and litigating positions and announced the board would not return to open session that day.
