WESTBOROUGH — Planning Director Search Committee elects Nourse chair, begins applicant screening. The seven-member committee unanimously elected Hazel Nourse as chair at its August 27 meeting and immediately entered executive session to begin reviewing applications for the Director of Planning position. Committee member Kristi Williams outlined the screening process: the committee will evaluate applicants in executive session and recommend at least two finalists to the Planning Board.
The committee plans to develop a standard set of interview questions, using questions from the previous hiring process as a reference, and will finalize those questions in open session at its next meeting.
