Geoffrey E. Wood, 83, of Westborough, died on June 30, 2026. He was predeceased by his parents, Ralph Wood and Irma Wood (Waaranen). He is survived by his wife, Diana E. Wood (Virta); his children, Adrian R. Wood (Maria) of Manchester, CT, and Elena M. Wood (Alex) of Westborough; his sister, Judy Allen (Wilber) of Oneida, NY; and his granddaughters, Jenna, Evelyn, and Julia. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Pickering & Son Westborough Funeral Home, 62 W Main St, Westborough, MA 01581. Memorial donations may be made to the Cure Alzheimer's Fund (curealz.org) per the family's wishes.
