WESTBOROUGH — MetroWest RECC Board approves vendor payments, authorizes debt continuation. The MetroWest RECC District Board voted unanimously to approve payment of vendor invoices totaling $104,039.84, including charges from Vertex and TGAS; Executive Director Brian Smith and Bryan Jarvis of Vertex presented the package. The board approved continuing with a previously authorized $12.5 million debt to cover remaining project costs through 2029.
The board discussed outreach to neighboring communities Ashburn and Northborough, both interested in joining the regional emergency communications district, and noted that operations planning, including the CAD/RMS project, awaits legal review of contracts before execution.
