WESTBOROUGH — Library Building Committee voted unanimously to approve the August 31 Vendor Invoice Packet. The eight-member committee, chaired by Mary Johnston, voted 8-0 on the packet, which included review of construction invoices and budget status. Committee members Bill Linane and Walter Leslie raised questions about budget adequacy and materials title; Vertex, the project consultant, and the architect addressed their concerns.
The construction project remained on track for substantial completion, with an elevator inspection scheduled for September 22.
