Westborough Library Building Committee approves January vendor invoices and chiller demolition CCD. The committee unanimously authorized a Construction Change Directive not to exceed $50,000 for demolition of building-wide corroded chiller piping, with replacement estimated at approximately $300,000. The committee approved December vendor invoices of $521,139.50 and Change Order #3 for $73,638.35 covering bookcase demolition and electrical work.
The project has spent $4,264,294 to date and would reach 56.22 percent of contingency if all changes proceed.
