Cultural Council postpones treasurer report, delays grant votes to May

WESTBOROUGH — The Westborough Cultural Council lacked quorum at its April 8 meeting, preventing approval of prior minutes and forcing the food pantry mural design vote to proceed via Zoom later in the week. Holly Kenny called the meeting to order with four members present; Treasurer Maureen was absent, postponing the treasurers report to May. Members reported positive response to the grant reception in the Great Hall and confirmed Porchfest for Saturday, September 19.
The council will vote on a request from the Westborough Fine Arts & Education Association to donate toward a Main Stage Grand Drape replacement at the May 6 meeting.
