Council on Aging approves prior minutes, accepts director's report.

WESTBOROUGH — The Westborough Council on Aging unanimously approved its prior meeting minutes and accepted the director's report detailing 353 transportation rides in March and 1,468 total center visits in April. Director Kendra Faldetta announced a summer Tuesday dinner series of eight community dinners at 5:30 PM for a total cost of 70 dollars, along with plans to partner with Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School on newsletter printing. Board Member Linda Birch resigned immediately after years of service; the council deferred annual officer elections until July or September to include any newly appointed members.
Assistant Town Manager Kim Foster reviewed Open Meeting Law compliance measures including blind-copy distribution of all future agendas and minutes.
