Westborough Affordable Housing Trust voted unanimously to hire JM Goldson for $18,000 to facilitate community workshops on the HB Cottages development and authorized a Massachusetts Housing Partnership technical assistance grant application. The Trust formally closed the three Baylor Avenue affordable housing project, canceling a $17,841 outstanding subsidy balance and returning a $20,000 hazardous materials escrow after the property issued its Certificate of Occupancy; the unit lottery drew 45 qualified applicants. Chair Edinberg was authorized to draft letters of support for two Town Meeting warrant articles on sustainable energy standards and downtown zoning reform, with the Trust remaining neutral on a proposed zoning map amendment.
