WESTBOROUGH — Advisory Finance Committee readies warrant articles for Town Meeting vote. The committee heard presentations on four articles on February 9, 2026, including Article 29 establishing a framework for off-premise digital billboards along Interstates 90 and 495 with potential revenue representing $8 per average single-family tax bill, and Article 30 proposing to rezone One Research Drive from Industrial to Highway Business for retail and multifamily housing. Article 31 proposes downtown zoning simplification by consolidating districts while maintaining existing height limits.
The committee agreed to begin voting on budget and warrant items at its February 12 meeting.
