The five-member panel voted 5-0 to recommend six warrant articles to Town Meeting, including a $182,575 Fire Department union contract for fiscal 2027 and operating budget adjustments for Norfolk County agricultural schools ($44,124) and information technology ($38,000). Community Development Director Fred Lonardo and Information Technology Director Mark Stockman presented details on the transition from Permit Pro to OpenGov, the town's permitting system, required after vendor support ends in June 2027.
