250th Committee advances bicentennial celebration planning
250th American Revolution Anniversary Committee · Meeting of May 4, 2026
Westborough's 250th American Revolution Anniversary Committee advances planning for the bicentennial celebration. Chair Roberta Brown coordinated with VFW Post 9013, Recreation Director Jenn Kirkland, historical reenactors John Arnold and Gary Gregory, and the Westborough Community Chorus for the event. Reenactors will read the Declaration of Independence, the Community Chorus will perform for 30 minutes, and a group of Veterans will participate in a ceremonial procession.
Committee members voted unanimously to approve prior meeting minutes and unanimously to adjourn.
