WESTBOROUGH — 250th Anniversary Committee approves site visit for celebration events. Chair Roberta Brown, Vice Chair Casey Cullen, Recreation Director Jenn Kirkland, and Police Lt. Cliff Luce will select the fireworks launch site and identify viewing areas.
Town Manager Kristi Williams confirmed the town has contracted with American Thunder for a 15-minute fireworks show, expandable if additional funding arrives. The Police Department will coordinate traffic control and event promotion through its approximately 17,000 social media followers.
